Hel Yes! is a pop-up restaurant in the middle of a warehouse at the Londonewcastle Depot.
Came across this while browsing PSFK and think it's a brilliant and very innovative idea. Whether it will be a success we shall see, but I feel it will attract a lot of interest.
"HEL YES! is a temporary restaurant and exhibition imagined and realised by a creative team of Finnish designers and food visionaries; led by Antto Melasniemi together with Mia Wallenius and Klaus Haapaniemi."
